Principal: John Siegenthaler, P.E.

John Siegenthaler is a mechanical engineering graduate of Rensellaer Polytechnic Institute and a licensed professional engineer. He has over 25 of experience in designing modern hydronic heating systems. John is also an Associate Professor of engineering technology at Mohawk Valley Community College in Utica, NY. He is the author of the text Modern Hydronic Heating, and numerous other publications dealing with hydronic heating (see description on this website).

 

Associate: Mario Restive

Mario Restive is an Agricultural Engineering graduate of Cornell University and has done extensive graduate course work in Computer Science at SUNY IT. He has been an educator for over 24 years in the Engineering Technology field and holds the position of Assistant Professor in the Mechanical Engineering Technology Department at Mohawk Valley Community College in Utica New York. Mario has also consulted in industry over the past 20 years, specifically in product design, machine design, computer-aided design and computer programming. He also holds the position of Head of Research Development at The Fountainhead Group where he has received seven U.S. and one international patent. He is Co-developer of the Hydronics Design Toolkit and Hydronics Design Studio software and has developed other engineering related custom designed software packages for national and international firms.

 

Associate: Anthony Macera

Anthony Macera is a Senior Software Engineer at ITT Industries. He has over 10 years experience in software/database design and development. Anthony is also an Adjunct Faculty in the Computer Science Department at SUNY Utica/Rome. He has a Masters Degree in Computer and Information Science from SUNY Utica/Rome and a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University.
