This is the new training manual being used for the recently launched IBR training schools. It was assembled for the Hydronic Institute Division of Gas Appliance Manufacturers Association (GAMA), by Jim Goins, a hydronics engineer, graphic illustrator, and technical trainer.

This publication is new from the ground up. It covers the design, installation, and troubleshooting of both water and steam based hydronic heating systems. It uses unique, detailed, and colorful illustrations to take you inside the working of devices such as boilers, steam traps, and mixing valves. It also provides unique data to assist in system design. Extensive new information on hydronic radiant floor heating is also provided. All information is organized into a large 3-ring binder with a clear and easy to follow table of contents.

Sample Pages are provided for viewing, with the permission of GAMA.
